Travel ICU Registered Nurse – 13-Week Contract - Camden, NJ
Schedule: Nights | Friday–Monday Weekends Only | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 36 Hours/Week
Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,850 (based on experience)
Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a highly skilled Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel contract in Camden, New Jersey. Position Overview:
This Level 1 trauma facility is seeking a seasoned ICU RN with advanced critical care experience. Nurses must be comfortable working weekends, floating to like units, and handling complex cases involving CRRT, EVD, and other advanced life support technologies.
Job Responsibilities:

Deliver critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions

Manage ventilators, CRRT, EVDs, and titrate IV drips
-
Monitor and assess vital signs and patient status throughout the shift
-
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
-
Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery expectations
-
Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
Qualifications & Certifications:
-
Active RN license in New Jersey – Required
-
AHA BLS and ACLS Certifications – Required
-
Minimum of 3 years recent ICU experience in an acute care Level 1 trauma hospital – Required
-
Experience with CRRT and EVD – Required
-
IABP and Impella experience – Preferred
-
Ability to float to similar units as needed
-
Strong clinical judgment and crisis management skills
Contract Details:

13-week travel contract
-
Weekend-only night shifts (Friday–Monday, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Every other holiday required
-
36 hours per week guaranteed
-
Weekly compensation up to $2,850, based on experience
