Job Description
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a qualified Interim Director of Laboratory for a prominent healthcare client in Lake Jackson, Texas. This interim position offers a contract length of 13 weeks with competitive weekly compensation up to $3100 based on experience.
Job Description:
- Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory department.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Manage laboratory staff and facilitate professional development.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient patient care services.
- Implement and monitor laboratory budgets and resources.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biology, or related field.
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or equivalent.
