Job Description

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for a position near Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Job Description:

  • Provide specialized nursing care to mothers and infants during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.
  • Monitor maternal and fetal well-being, administer medications, and assist with labor management.
  • Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and healthcare teams to ensure safe and positive birthing experiences.
  • Educate patients and families on childbirth preparation, newborn care, and breastfeeding techniques.
  • Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification.
  • AWHONN (Association of Women's Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses) certification preferred.

Contract Details:

  • Contract Length: 13 or 8 weeks
  • Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,600 based on experience
