Job Description:
- Provide skilled nursing care and support to residents in a long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and assist with daily living activities under the direction of registered nurses and physicians.
- Monitor and document patient health status, progress, and response to treatment.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and compassionate patient care.
- Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Washington LPN license.
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care (LTC), skilled nursing, or rehabilitation settings.
