Job Description:

• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including scheduling, workload management, and performance feedback.
• Oversee the delivery of patient care, ensuring that nursing staff provide compassionate, safe, and effective care.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans and ensure continuity of care.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of Virginia.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with previous management or leadership experience preferred.
