Connected Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Aide for an Assisted Living Facility in Eau Claire, WI. If you are passionate about providing excellent care and making a difference in the lives of seniors, this opportunity is perfect for you!
Job Description:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to nursing staff.
- Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Assisted Living or LTC experience required.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of residents.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
