LOCAL CONTRACT- Registered Nurse (SNF) **up to 2220/wk** [RN]
Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a Local Travel/Contract Registered Nurse for a skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Colville, WA.
Job Description:
- Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.
- Administer medications, perform assessments, and implement patient care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient outcomes and continuity of care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs accurately.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans and post-discharge instructions.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Valid Washington Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- In-state applicants preferred.
- Minimum of 1+ years of nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF).
Contract Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
