LOCAL CONTRACT - LTC Licensed Practical Nurse **up to 1600/wk** (LPN)
Connected Health Care is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our esteemed client's healthcare team near Orange, VA. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and maintain accurate records.
- Travel LPN's will be flexible to the facilities scheduling needs.
Qualifications:
- 1 year experience as an LPN
- Valid LPN license in the state of Virginia.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- LTC experience required
