Job Description:
- Provide exceptional physical therapy services to patients, assessing their needs and developing customized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Develop personalized treatment plans to address patients' needs and goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Float between different facilities in the area based on client needs.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited therapy program in Physical Therapy.
- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Wisconsin.
- BLS/CPR certification.
- Minimum 2 years practicing as Physical Therapist preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
