This is a fantastic opportunity for new graduates or experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a supportive and caring healthcare team in a beautiful rural town.

Job Description:

• Provide direct patient care in a long-term care or healthcare facility setting, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications, and perform routine treatments and procedures as prescribed.
• Assist registered nurses and physicians with patient care plans and provide updates on patient conditions.
• Maintain accurate patient records, document care provided, and track progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Offer emotional and physical support to patients and their families.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols.

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Certification is not mandatory for this role, but prior experience or clinical training is preferred.

Required Experience:

• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous LPN/LVN experience is a plus but not required.
