Job Description

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed
• Monitor patient vital signs and record daily progress
• Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of medical information
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Active LPN License in Alabama
• Completion of an accredited LPN program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care

Education and Certification Requirements

• Educational Background: Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Licensure: Valid LPN license in Alabama
• Certifications: Current BLS certification required
