Job Description:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical unit
• Monitor patient vital signs and document any changes
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and their families on medical conditions and post-discharge care
• Coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical staff to ensure optimal patient care

Education + Certification Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Georgia
• Minimum of two years of experience in a medical-surgical setting
• BLS certified
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
