- Education Requirements: Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
- Certifications Requirements: CPR certification, Negative TB test or Chest X-ray, and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of experience working in long-term care facilities.
- Other Requirements: Ability to pass background check, good communication skills, and for physical demands, ability to lift and move patients as needed.
