Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant – Claremont, NH (13 Weeks)

Are you a dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant looking for a rewarding travel opportunity? Connected Health Care is seeking a skilled Travel LNA to join our client's team in Claremont, NH, for a 13-week assignment. This role is ideal for LNAs who live more than 50 miles away from Claremont.

Job Description:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Help with patient mobility and transportation.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records.
• Assist in the implementation of care plans and therapeutic procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Current and valid LNA certification in the state of New Hampshire.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as an LNA preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
