As an LTC Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility. During your first few weeks in this LTC RN role, you can expect to:

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans
• Monitor and assess patient health, update records, and administer medications
• Implement best practices and protocols and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for residents

To apply, you will need to graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing). You will also require the following:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Indiana
• Active RN license in Indiana
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team-oriented environment
