Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care
Location: Trimont, MN
Schedule: Mix of Days & Evenings
Pay: Up to $57/hour (Based on Experience)

Connected Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the care team at one of our trusted long-term care partner facilities in Trimont, Minnesota. Position Details:

  • Location: Trimont, MN

  • Setting: Long-Term Care Facility

  • Schedule: Mix of Day and Evening shifts

  • Pay: Up to $57/hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

  • Monitor and document changes in resident health status

  • Foster a supportive and respectful environment for residents and staff

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in the state of Minnesota

  • BLS certification (current)

  • Experience in long-term care or similar settings preferred

  • Strong clinical skills and a team-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work day and evening shifts as scheduled
