Job Description

Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care (LTC) – Roseburg, OR

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an experienced Long-Term Care RN to join a well-respected healthcare facility near Roseburg, Oregon. Job Description:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.

  • Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

  • Educate residents and families on proper care and medication management.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility policies.

  • Ensure a safe and clean environment in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Active Oregon RN license (required).

  • Active BLS certification (required).

  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience (LTC or similar setting preferred).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
