LTC Assistant Director of NursingÂ
Connected Health Care is searching for an experienced LTC Assistant Director of Nursing for a skilled nursing facility near Opp, Alabama. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care, be a strong leader, and possess excellent communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the nursing department
• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department
• Ensure the nursing staff complies with established nursing policies and procedures • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Assist in implementing quality improvement initiatives
• Perform nursing duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
• Current Alabama RN license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate tasks effectively
