Job Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely laboratory testing in Blood Bank, Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, and Microbiology, adhering to laboratory protocols and safety standards.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation including Beckman DxC500i, Access II, Bio-Rad D-100, Sysmex XN2000, Cellavision DC-1, Sysmex CA 660, and Clinitek Advantus.
  • Assist with phlebotomy procedures as needed, ensuring proper patient identification and sample collection in accordance with regulations.
  • Document and review laboratory test results accurately, collaborating with healthcare teams for appropriate patient diagnosis and care.
  • Participate in rotating night shift schedules, including weekends, and support occasional first or third shift assignments as required.
