Permanent Medical Technologist – Evening Shift with Sign-On Bonus
Pittsburgh, PA | 8-Hour Evening Shifts | Full-Time | Flexible Start Date

Position Details:

  • Full-time, permanent position

  • Evening shift schedule (8-hour shifts)

  • Flexible start date available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and analyze clinical laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and blood bank

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of lab results used for diagnosis and treatment

  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment

  • Follow quality control procedures and safety standards

  • Communicate effectively with medical staff and contribute to patient-centered care

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of clinical laboratory experience required

  • ASCP certification or equivalent preferred

  • Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology required

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology is a strong plus and commands a higher pay rate

  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
