What You’ll Do: As a key member of our laboratory team, you will perform a variety of diagnostic tests, ensure quality control, and support clinicians with vital data. Your expertise will contribute to accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans, making a real impact on patient outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ASCP or AMT Certification is mandatory
- Minimum of 1 year laboratory experience
- State licensing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Additional certifications or specialized training in laboratory techniques
- Experience with various lab instruments and automation
- Knowledge of LIS (Laboratory Information Systems)
Preferred Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or certificate in Medical Laboratory Science is advantageous
- At least one year of relevant work experience in a clinical laboratory setting
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work night shifts weekends (Fri-Sun)
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates should be detail-oriented and committed to quality standards
