Key Responsibilities:

- Certification through AMT or ASCP.
- Two years of recent, relevant acute care clinical experience, appropriate to the area of responsibility, is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proven track record in managing clinical staff.
- Strong knowledge of clinical and management processes in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to apply principles to systems and solutions effectively.
- Function as a clinical role model for laboratory staff.
- Ability to teach and convey current trends to multi-skilled staff.
