As a Laboratory Manager, you will be pivotal in overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring high-quality testing procedures, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

In your first few weeks in this Laboratory Manager role, you can expect to:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the laboratory, including personnel management, workflow optimization, and resource allocation
• Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure accuracy, precision, and reliability of test results
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate laboratory services and facilitate seamless patient care
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stocking necessary supplies and reagents
• Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies, including CLIA, CAP, and HIPAA.

To apply for this Laboratory Manager role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, or a related field. You will also require the following:
