Full-Time Lead CT & X-Ray Technician – Near Cottonwood, AZ
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is partnering with a healthcare facility in Cottonwood, AZ, to hire a Lead CT & X-Ray Technician. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join a fast-paced and rewarding healthcare environment. In this role, you will manage both CT and X-Ray operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, high-quality imaging, and effective team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling: Coordinate and oversee the daily schedules for CT and X-ray procedures to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Protocols: Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to imaging protocols for both CT and X-ray procedures.
- Clinical Duties: Perform CT and X-ray imaging procedures, ensuring high-quality results while providing compassionate patient care.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documentation, and compliance reports.
- Staff Onboarding: Assist in onboarding and training new staff members, ensuring they understand protocols and expectations.
- Coverage: Ensure adequate staffing and coverage for shifts, managing time-off requests and filling in for absences as needed.
- Quality Control: Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure all CT and X-ray machinery is in excellent working condition and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure high standards of patient care and effective workflow.
Education & Certification Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.Â
- Valid CT and X-Ray Technician License in the state of Arizona.
- XR ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required.
- CT certification from ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) required.Â
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in radiology preferred.

- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and support a team.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of CT and X-ray imaging techniques, protocols, and safety procedures.
