Full-Time LPN/LVN – Adams Primary Care – Tecumseh, Nebraska

We are seeking an experienced Full-Time LPN/LVN to join our clinical care team at Adams Primary Care in Tecumseh, Nebraska. This position involves performing nursing duties and assisting the Physician Assistant (PA) in delivering high-quality care. The role will be Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays. Job Description:

• Perform clinical nursing duties, including vital signs assessments, patient history, and preparation for examinations.
• Assist the Physician Assistant (PA) with medical procedures, documentation, and patient care in the clinic.
• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper medication management.
• Provide patient education on topics such as medication usage, health maintenance, and preventive care.
• Record and update patient medical records in accordance with state regulations and clinic protocols.
• X-ray certification may be required for occasional diagnostic imaging, depending on the clinic's needs.
• Assist with routine clinical tasks such as preparing patients for exams, ensuring cleanliness of patient rooms, and stocking supplies.
• Work as part of a collaborative team, communicating effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Participate in rotating Saturday shifts as required.

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Current LPN or Medical Assistant license in the state of Nebraska required.
• Current CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification required.
• Limited X-ray certification a plus, but not required.
• Strong background in patient care, with clinical experience in a primary care setting preferred.
• Ability to assist in diagnostic procedures, including taking vital signs, administering injections, and drawing blood.
