• Certifications Requirements: BLS certification, IV certification (preferred), CPR certification
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of LVN experience in long-term care, hospital, or corrections settings
• Other Requirements: Proficiency in g-tubes/enteral feedings, Foley catheters, tracheostomies; ability to work flexible shifts;Strong communication skills
