Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team for a local/travel opportunity in different regions across Texas. Job Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in compliance with care plans, facility policies, and state regulations.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor and record patient vital signs, progress, and responses to treatment.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement individualized patient care plans.

Educate patients and families on health conditions and proper care techniques.
-
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
-
Adapt to various healthcare settings and contribute to the team’s goals effectively.
Orientation Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Post-Orientation Work Schedule:
5 x 8-hour shiftsÂ
6a-2p, 2p-10p, 10p-6aÂ
2-3 weekends/monthÂ
Education and Certification Requirements
-
Current and unrestricted LVN license in the state of Texas.

Minimum of 1 year of LVN experience preferred (travel experience is a plus). Should be competent in advanced skills such as g-tubes/enteral feedings, foley catheters, traches, etc.

Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.

Strong communication and critical-thinking skills.
