Job Description: We are looking for an experienced LPN to join a dynamic healthcare team, either in an outpatient or inpatient setting, depending on your preference. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care, assist in patient assessments, administer medications, and collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians
• Perform patient assessments and assist in developing care plans
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of New Mexico
• Completion of an accredited LPN program
• CPR certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
