Job Description

Travel Ultrasound Tech – 5x8s Day Shift – Valentine, NE

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is partnered with a top-tier critical access hospital near Valentine, Nebraska, to find a dedicated and experienced Travel Ultrasound Tech. Assignment Details:

  • Position: Travel Ultrasound Technologist

  • Location: Near Valentine, NE

  • Schedule: 5x8s – Day Shift

  • Setting: Critical Access Hospital

  • Start Date: ASAP

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures in accordance with facility protocols

  • Prepare patients and explain procedures to ensure patient comfort and safety

  • Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff for accurate diagnosis and patient care

  • Maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness and compliance with hospital policies

  • Accurately document patient information and exam results

Qualifications:

  • ARDMS certification required

  • 2+ years of ultrasound experience preferred

  • BLS certification required

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently in a rural, team-oriented environment

  • Previous experience in a critical access setting is a plus
