Connected Health Care is partnering with a respected healthcare facility in Big Timber, Montana to find a Temp to Perm CNA for 12-hour day or night shifts. Job Description:

• Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Assist with patient transfers, ensuring comfort and safety while performing tasks.
• Monitor vital signs, report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff, and document care activities in the EMR (Electronic Medical Record).
• Help patients with feeding, maintaining good hygiene, and other personal care tasks as needed.
• Support the nursing team by assisting with various clinical tasks, such as preparing and cleaning equipment, and ensuring the unit is stocked and ready for patient care.
• Foster a positive, supportive environment for patients and their families, providing emotional and physical care.
• Participate in the CNA Incentive Program, adding an additional $3.00 to base pay after 90 days of employment if you choose to participate.

Education & Certification Requirements:

• CNA certification is required for applicants with prior CNA experience.
• For candidates without CNA certification, we offer a CNA in-training program that covers education, testing, and certification after successful completion.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.

Required Experience:

• Previous experience as a CNA is preferred but not required.
• Ideal candidates should be compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing high-quality patient care.
• Candidates willing to participate in the CNA incentive program after 90 days of hire.
