- Certifications Requirements: Valid state LPN license, CPR certification, Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of recent experience in Long-Term Care or similar clinical settings
- Other Requirements: Must reside locally, ability to work flexible hours, strong communication skills, Ability to coordinate care effectively
