- Current LPN licensure in the state of practice

- Basic life support certification (BLS)

Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMRs)
- Certification in specialized areas, such as wound care or palliative care
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Diploma or certificate in practical nursing
- 1-2 years of experience as an LPN in a skilled nursing or similar setting
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (may be required)
