- Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certifications Requirements:
- MN CNA License
- CPR certification
- First Aid certification (preferred)
- Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience in long-term care, hospital, or hospice settings
- Prior experience working with elderly or patient populations in similar environments
- Experience with EMR systems is a plus
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to work a mix of day and evening shifts
- Excellent communication and bedside manner
- Physical ability to perform patient care duties

Job Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing assistant care to patients in long-term care, hospital, hospice, or home health settings.
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility to promote comfort and independence.
