Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a local travel position near Morgan, Minnesota If you are passionate about providing top-notch patient care and meet the qualifications below, we encourage you to apply.
Job Description:
- Patient Care: Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
- Vital Signs: Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates.
- Support Services: Provide support services to nursing staff and ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and reports.
- Hygiene Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of patient rooms and facilities.
- Compliance: Adhere to all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- CNA Certification: Must have an active Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
