Job Description:
As a Trained Medication Aide, you’ll provide essential support to residents and ensure their medication and care needs are met with precision and empathy. Key responsibilities include:
- Administer medications to residents, following all protocols and regulations.
- Monitor residents for adverse reactions and report to medical staff as needed.
- Assist residents with daily living activities to enhance their comfort and well-being.
Qualifications:
- Trained Medication Aide(TMA)Â in the state of Minnesota.
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional care to the elderly.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate nature.
- LTC experience is preferred.
