Key Responsibilities:

• Initial 13-Week Travel Assignment: Provide exemplary nursing care during the temporary placement.
• Transition to Permanent Role: Upon successful completion, transition to a full-time permanent position at the facility.
• Patient Care: Administer medications and treatments, ensuring resident comfort and well-being.
• Monitoring and Documentation: Record and monitor patient vital signs and progress, maintaining accurate documentation.
• Care Plan Support: Assist in planning and implementing care plans for residents in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Compliance: Adhere to all regulations and guidelines to maintain high standards of care.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
• Current LPN licensure in Nebraska.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing is beneficial.
