Job Description:
- Deliver exceptional physical therapy services in hospital and outpatient/inpatient settings.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address patient needs, focusing on mobility improvement and pain management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care outcomes.
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed records of therapy interventions.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist in Iowa.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in hospital and outpatient/inpatient settings.
