Job Description
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for a 13-week local travel/contract assignment in Cleveland, Tennessee. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a significant impact on patient care.
Position Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Weekly Compensation: Up to $1800 based on experience
Job Description:
- Assist Occupational Therapists in providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients.
- Implement treatment plans and therapeutic interventions designed by Occupational Therapists.
- Monitor patient progress and report findings to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and strategies for maintaining occupational health.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Valid Tennessee State Occupational Therapist Assistant License
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred)
