Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certifications Requirements: CPR certification, CNA licensure in Minnesota, and basic life support (BLS) certification
- Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of recent CNA experience in long-term care or hospital settings, experience with PM shift preferred, familiarity with EMR systems beneficial
- Other Requirements: Ability to work evening shifts from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, reliable transportation, excellent communication skills, adaptability to various healthcare environments, ability to work every other weekend, physical stamina for long shifts
