- Other Requirements: Ability to work evening shifts, strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently

Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- Document patient statuses and care provided accurately and timely in EMR systems.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to all facility sanitation and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Execute patient safety protocols and report any incidents or changes in patient condition promptly to supervising staff.
