As a Temporary RN at our partner long-term care facility in Sutton, NE, you will:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Assist with patient assessments and create a nurturing and supportive environment.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure the best care for residents.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient records.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of Nebraska.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
