Job Description:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents within the SNF setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the supervising registered nurse (RN)
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure residents' comfort and safety
• Document resident care activities accurately and timely

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited LVN program
• Current and unrestricted LVN license in the state of Iowa
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
