Travel Med/Surg Registered Nurse - 13 Weeks Assignment - Ozark, Alabama

Connected Health Care is seeking a highly skilled Travel Med/Surg Registered Nurse to join our esteemed client's team in Ozark, Alabama. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse looking to gain valuable experience and explore a beautiful part of the country.

Job Description:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a Med/Surg unit.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with hospital policies and protocols.
  • Monitor patient conditions, interpret diagnostic tests, and adjust treatments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions and discharge planning.

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) License: Must be current and in good standing with the state of Alabama.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification: Required.
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification: Preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience.
