Job Description:

• Provide exceptional home health physical therapy services to patients in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and develop effective treatment strategies to address mobility, strength, and functional limitations.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Education and Certification Requirements:
