Local Travel Physical Therapist - Moscow, ID

Job Description:

Connected Health Care is seeking a skilled Local Travel Physical Therapist for a rewarding 13-week contract position in Moscow, ID. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough physical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Deliver care with empathy, professionalism, and respect

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Idaho
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Prior experience in a clinical setting, particularly in outpatient or orthopedic therapy

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
