Job Description:

Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist looking for an exciting opportunity in Lewiston, ID? Connected Health Care is partnering with a client to find a skilled Local Travel Physical Therapist to join their team for a 13-week contract. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic interventions and track patient progress
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, treatments, and injury prevention
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Provide exceptional patient care with empathy and professionalism

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current state license to practice Physical Therapy in Idaho
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient or orthopedic environments

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
