Local Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - Orofino, Idaho

Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Weekly Compensation: Up to $1,900 based on experience

Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and skilled Local Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an exciting opportunity in Orofino, Idaho. Job Description:

• Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education to support rehabilitation goals
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and their families about home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulations

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• CPR and First Aid Certification
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred, but not required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
