Local Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - Orofino, Idaho
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Weekly Compensation: Up to $1,900Â based on experience
Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and skilled Local Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an exciting opportunity in Orofino, Idaho. Job Description:
- Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education to support rehabilitation goals
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families about home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulations
Education & Certification Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred, but not required
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
