Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing Facility
Location: Fulda, MN
Schedule: Evenings & Nights | 5x8 Hour Shifts | 40 Hours/Week
Pay: $55/hr (Based on Experience)

Connected Health is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for one of our valued skilled nursing facility partners in Fulda, Minnesota. This is a full-time opportunity with a consistent 5x8 schedule, covering a mix of evening and night shifts.

Position Highlights:

  • Schedule: 5x8 hour shifts (Evening/Night rotation) – 40 hours/week

  • Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility

  • Location: Fulda, MN

  • Pay Rate: $55/hr, commensurate with experience

  • Employment Type: Full-time, Contract or Temp-to-Hire

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time

  • Monitor resident health, and communicate changes to physicians and families

  • Collaborate with facility staff to ensure quality resident care

  • Maintain accurate records and follow facility policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license in the state of Minnesota

  • Current BLS certification

  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred

  • Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work evening and night shifts as scheduled
