Job Description:

• Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor patient status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and promote wellness

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or similar setting
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
