Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a 13-week local travel/contract assignment near Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a significant impact on patient care.

Position Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Weekly Compensation: Up to $2400 based on experience

Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting.
• Evaluate patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and strategies for maintaining physical health.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Valid South Carolina State Physical Therapist License
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred)
